Students at Scotland County School in Memphis, MO used the Lee Household Flour Mill to make some desserts from scratch, using freshly ground organic whole grain flour. Not only did they learn about grains and milling in the process, they also got to taste the difference that whole grain flour offers, which is one of the best parts!
