Access to the Site
BY ACCESSING, BROWSING AND/OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE”) INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY (“PRIVACY POLICY”) (COLLECTIVELY THE “TERMS”) AND TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE U.S. LAWS AND REGULATIONS. In addition, you hereby represent and certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you do not or cannot agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site or any of the services offered through the Site. Lee Engineering reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update, revise, supplement and to otherwise modify these Terms, and to impose new or additional terms and conditions on your use of the Site from time to time. Such updates, revisions, supplements, modifications and additional rules, policies, terms and conditions (collectively referred to in these Terms as “Additional Terms“) shall be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms upon notice thereof, which may be given by any reasonable means including by posting to the Site. Your continued viewing or use of the Site following such notice shall be deemed to conclusively indicate your acceptance of any and all such Additional Terms.
Acceptable Use of the Site
In order to use the Site, you must obtain access to the Internet and pay any and all service fees associated with such access.
(a) Individual Use. You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view, print and retain a single copy of pages of the Site for your own internal use and not on behalf of any other person or entities, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute any material on the Site for any purpose other than for your own internal use unless otherwise specifically authorized by Lee Engineering in writing. Lee Engineering posts legal notices and various credits on pages of the Site, which you shall not remove even in your permitted copies.
(b) Framing. You agree not to create any frames on any other web sites pertaining to or using any of the content located at the Site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by Lee Engineering in writing to do so.
(c) Security, Cracking, and Hacking. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site. Accordingly, you agree not to: (i) access data or materials not intended for you; (ii) log into a server or account which you are not authorized to access; (iii) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; or (iv) attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, “flooding”, “mailbombing”, or “crashing” the Site. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Lee Engineering reserves the right to investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who have participated in such violations. You understand that data and communications, including e-mail and other electronic communications, may be accessed by unauthorized third parties when communicated over the Internet.
(d) You Are Responsible For All of Your Activities and All of The Content You Post or Submit. You represent and warrant that any information and/or material you post or provide to Lee Engineering by means of the Site, including, without limitation, as part of any registration or subscription or to gain access to or use any services offered on the Site (“Submissions”), is truthful, accurate, not misleading, not confidential property of others, not in violation of any other third party’s rights, and offered in good faith. You agree NOT to use the Site for or in connection with any of the following activities: (i) transmitting or relaying spam or other unauthorized or unsolicited communications, spoofing or otherwise impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in any way; (ii) using the Site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose or to encourage conduct that would be considered fraudulent or illegal; (iii) e-mailing, uploading, or otherwise transmitting or using the Site in furtherance of the use, distribution, or transmission of any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, tortious, libelous, sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind; (iv) transmitting material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, destroy, disrupt, or otherwise limit, interfere with, or impair a computer’s functionality or the operation of the Site or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information related to the Site or any computer hardware, software or other equipment that is owned, leased or used by Lee Engineering; and (v) using any robot, spider, scraper or any other automated means or device designed to provide repeated or automated access to the Site for any purpose.
(e) Information Disclosed via the Site. IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER WARRANTY DISCLAIMER PROVIDED IN THE TERMS, ANY INFORMATION DISCLOSED TO YOU VIA THE SITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CONTENT, PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, PRODUCT SAFETY AND/OR EFFECTIVENESS MATERIALS, ARE NOT OFFERED WITH ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO ABILITY, ACCURACY, PERFORMANCE, OR SUITABILITY FOR YOUR INTENDED PURPOSE OR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW. LEE ENGINEERING ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR, INJURY RESULTING FROM USING ANY PRODUCTS OR FOLLOWING ANY ADVICE CONTAINED ON THIS SITE.
(f) Do Not Violate Third Party Intellectual Property Rights. Without limiting the foregoing, you shall not, and by using the Site you agree not to use the Site to: (i) transmit or post any Submissions that are copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have obtained the permission of the copyright owner to transmit it; (ii) transmit or post any Submissions that reveal trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner to so transmit them; or (iii) transmit or post any Submissions that infringe on any Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) of others or violates the privacy or rights of publicity of others. Furthermore, unless otherwise expressly provided, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) all Submissions shall become property of Lee Engineering; (b) Lee Engineering has the right to publish the Submissions for any type of use including for promotional and advertising purposes, in accordance with the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy, without compensation to you of any kind; (c) any Submissions that you submit to any part of the Site are non-confidential for all purposes; and (d) that if you make any such Submission, you automatically grant, represent, and warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted Lee Engineering a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable, sublicensable, world-wide exclusive license to use the Submissions in any manner, media, or form now known or hereafter developed. Lee Engineering shall have the right to sublicense its rights. The term “Intellectual Property Rights” shall mean, collectively, rights under patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret laws, and any other intellectual property or proprietary rights recognized in any country or jurisdiction worldwide, including, without limitation, moral rights and similar rights.
(g) Ownership. Lee Engineering puts a lot of content on the Site for you to examine from time to time including, without limitation, text, graphics, photographs, pictures, drawings, animation, audio, video, literature, and any other material distributed by Lee Engineering on, through, or in connection with the Site. Moreover, Lee Engineering attempts to display the content in a way that will be easily accessible and useful for you, the user. All content and materials on the Site including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software included in the Site and any services offered on the Site, are the property of Lee Engineering, its sponsors, or business affiliates, and/or their respective licensors, and are subject to U.S. and international Intellectual Property Rights laws. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Lee Engineering (unless otherwise indicated) and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. All software used on the Site is the property of Lee Engineering or its licensors and is subject to U.S. and international copyright laws. Except to the minimum extent otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying or exploitation of material from the Site is permitted except expressly in accordance with these Terms or with the express written permission of Lee Engineering and any other applicable copyright owner. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by virtue of downloading copyrighted material from the Site. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are expressly reserved to Lee Engineering.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE CONTENT, SERVICES, INFORMATION, AND ACCESS TO THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LEE ENGINEERING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PART OF THE SITE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT EFFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR THAT TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE AND ACCESS TO THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, CONTINUOUS, OR ERROR-FREE. LEE ENGINEERING DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SITE IN TERMS OF ITS QUALITY, CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU SHOULD THEREFORE VERIFY ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THIS SITE BEFORE ACTING ON IT. ANY RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Limitation of Liability
YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FURTHEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LEE ENGINEERING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LEE ENGINEERING, ITS AFFILIATES, RELATED ENTITIES, VENDORS OR CONTENT PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “LEE ENGINEERING PARTIES”) BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY AND/OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY CONTENT AND/OR ANY RELATED SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LEE ENGINEERING OR AN AUTHORIZED LEE ENGINEERING REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE CONTAINED IN THESE TERMS, IN THE EVENT THE TERMS OF THIS SECTION, OR ANY PART OF THIS SECTION, SHALL BE HELD INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEE ENGINEERING’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU, OR ANYONE CLAIMING BY OR THROUGH YOU, FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). IF YOU LIVE IN A STATE THAT DOES NOT ALLOW THE WAIVER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, OR LIABILITY LIMITATIONS OR DAMAGES WAIVERS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, SOME OF THESE PROVISIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU AGREE TO PROMPTLY NOTIFY LEE ENGINEERING IN WRITING IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE LEE ENGINEERING PARTIES, AND, IN ANY EVENT, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM NOT BROUGHT WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER IT ARISES (OR SUCH SHORTER PERIOD UNDER APPLICABLE STATUTES OF LIMITATION) SHALL BE WAIVED AND RELEASED.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lee Engineering and its sponsors, business affiliates, vendors, content providers, subsidiaries, related entities, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, and agents, from and against any and all damages, claims, and actions brought by you or any third party resulting from (i) your use of the Site in violation of the Terms; (ii) your violation of law; or (iii) the infringement by you of any Intellectual Property Rights or any publicity, contract or privacy rights of any person or entity.
Termination
The Terms are effective until terminated by Lee Engineering. Lee Engineering may terminate, restrict, or suspend all or part of your access to the Site and delete any Submissions, at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice to you and without any liability to you.
Governing Law and Arbitration
The laws of the State of Wisconsin (excluding any principles of conflicts of laws) govern your use of the Site, the services and these Terms. You agree that the parties shall settle any claim or dispute relating to these Terms by binding arbitration in Milwaukee, Wisconsin under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. Notwithstanding the dispute resolution requirements set forth above, for any injunctive relief relating to the access to, or use of, the Site including, without limitation, related services, you agree and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, U.S.A.
Waiver and Severability
Furthermore, no delay or omission by Lee Engineering to exercise any right or any noncompliance on your part with respect to the Terms shall impair any such right or be construed to be a waiver by Lee Engineering. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction, provided, however, if such invalid or unenforceable provision may be modified so as to be valid and enforceable as a matter of law, such provision will be deemed to have been modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Mobile Devices
Some mobile devices may not be capable of accessing the Site in its entirety. Lee Engineering is not responsible or liable for any errors, inaccuracies, faults, or failures arising from your attempts to access any portion of the Site using any mobile device. Furthermore, you agree that you alone are responsible for all access and connectivity charges imposed by your communications carrier in connection with your use of any mobile device.
Copyright Agent for Claims of Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Lee Engineering designates the agent below to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement. If you reasonably believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you must provide to Lee Engineering’s designated agent all of the following information:
- an electronic or physical signature of the owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
- your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
- a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Contract Electronically
You agree that the Terms, combined with your act of using the Site and/or the services offered on or through the Site have the same legal force and effect as a written contract with your written signature and satisfy any laws that require a writing or signature, including any applicable Statute of Frauds. You further agree that you shall not challenge the validity, enforceability or admissibility of the Terms on the grounds that it was electronically transmitted or authorized. In addition, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to print the Terms.
Entire Agreement
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lee Engineering related to your use of the Site. Any prior agreements, representations, statements, or negotiations with respect to the subject matter of the Terms are superseded by the Terms. You have not relied on any representations that may have been made by Lee Engineering related to the Site.
Terms of Sale
(a) Ordering Information
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- Only credit card payments accepted on this website.
b) Shipping Information
- Packages may be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day®, or UPS Next Day®.
- When you place your order, an estimated delivery date and shipping options/costs will be provided.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, insufficient delivery information, strikes, refusal of delivery, etc., delivery date is not guaranteed.
- Drop-ship packages are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day are available for an additional fee. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further details.
- If there is no one to receive/sign for the package(s) after three delivery attempts, UPS will return package(s) to Lee Engineering Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any additional shipping fees.
(c) Return Information
- A return merchandise authorization is required and must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or mailing label. Call Customer Service at 844-781-5080 within 30 days of the order date and provide:
- Product name and number
- Invoice number
- Reason for return
- Returned, products must be in the original container. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned product.
- Any products returned without a visible return merchandise authorization will be refused by Lee Engineering.
- Your sole remedy for defective or damaged product is to return the product to Lee Engineering for replacement or a refund.
- Lee Engineering does not accept return of food products.
Privacy Policy

Standard Process Inc. and its affiliated entities (collectively, “Standard Process”) share your concerns about privacy. In order to better protect your privacy, Standard Process has provided this online privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explaining its online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This Privacy Policy applies to the information that Standard Process collects on websites owned and controlled by Standard Process, including without limitation www.standardprocess.com, https://wholisticmatters.com, and www.organicsbylee.com (collectively, the “Sites”), and does not apply to information that Standard Process may collect by any alternative means or media unless specifically stated otherwise.

- Standard Process’ Collection of Your Information
In the course of using the Sites, Standard Process may ask users for their name, email address, postal address, mobile or other telephone number, fax number, care provider’s name, personal health information and payment information, and other relevant information. Standard Process may collect additional information depending on how you are using the Sites, such as:
- Health care providers may be asked to provide information specific to their clinics, such as clinic name, address, telephone number, and website URL. Standard Process may also collect account registration information, including usernames, passwords, and answers to security questions.
- For employment applications, Standard Process may collect additional information through a third party website (such as https://recruiting.ultipro.com), including previous work experience, education information, licenses and certifications, and other personal information.
In many cases, users choose the amount of information they supply. There may be instances in which some of the information that we ask users to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. In such cases, if users do not provide mandatory personal information with respect to a particular activity, users will not be able to engage in that activity. Standard Process also may collect certain information that is not personally identifiable when you visit our Sites, such as the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider, aggregate data about the number of visits to the Sites, and/or aggregate data about the pages visited.
Information gathered through the Sites may be transferred, used, and stored in the United States and in foreign jurisdictions in which we, our agents, customers, and other users of the Sites are located, and by accessing the Sites, you consent to the transfer, use, and storage of your information in those jurisdictions.
- How Standard Process Uses the Information
Standard Process uses non-personally identifiable information—whether non-identifying, de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated (collectively, “De-identified Data”)—to improve the design and content of the Sites and to enable Standard Process to personalize your online experience. Standard Process may use the De-identified Data to analyze the Sites’ usage as well as create services and/or products to fit your needs. Also, Standard Process may share this De-identified Data with Standard Process’ related entities, advertisers, partners, and/or other third-party vendors. Standard Process shall own such De-identified Data and may maintain copies of such as part of its records.
Except as otherwise indicated, Standard Process uses the personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you provide about yourself:
- to process and fulfill your order(s) for products;
- to respond to any of your inquiries or questions about our products and/or services;
- for internal marketing purposes;
- to provide you with additional and updated information, materials, and other advertisements regarding Standard Process products and/or services;
- to offer you other materials and/or information that Standard Process believes may be of interest to you;
- to cooperate with government officials or parties in litigation under process of law, to prevent a crime, or as otherwise required by law;
- to enforce or comply with Standard Process’s contracts with you, your care provider, or other third parties or protect the security or integrity of the Site;
- to protect against fraud, identity theft, or a threat of safety or destruction of property;
- to protect against legal liability;
- to create and manage user accounts;
- to process payment;
- to communicate with the user’s health care provider regarding the user’s use of the Site; and/or
- to perform data analyses and/or research (including de-identification and aggregation of Personal Information).
Standard Process may share user product order information, including the items and quantities ordered, with the user’s health care provider who recommended the product(s). In all cases, however, Standard Process’ agents, employees, and contractors who have access to Personal Information are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, Standard Process encourages all its business partners to adopt and adhere to standards of protection consistent with this Privacy Policy. Standard Process shall own all such Personal Information and may maintain copies of such as part of its records. If you do not wish to receive marketing materials or advertisements regarding Standard Process products, please contact Standard Process in the manner identified in the “Opt Out” section below.
The De-identified Data and Personal Information may be disclosed, transferred, assigned, licensed, distributed, and/or sold as part of Standard Process or its assets. In addition, if Standard Process becomes the subject of a bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, Standard Process or its trustee in bankruptcy may disclose, sell, assign, license, or otherwise transfer such information in a transaction approved by the appropriate court.
- Children
The Sites are not intended for children under the age of 16. Standard Process does not knowingly collect personal information from users under 16 years of age. In the event that Standard Process becomes aware that it has collected personal information from a user under 16 years of age, it will take steps to delete such information from its database. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 16, please contact us at privacy@standardprocess.com.
- Do Not Track
The Site does not respond to “do not track” requests. All traffic is treated as equal and processed the same. If you desire to have your browsing be private, we suggest that you use your web browser’s private or incognito function, or similar options.
- Opt Out
You may choose not to receive marketing materials regarding Standard Process products by simply notifying Standard Process directly at sporders@standardprocess.com or at 800-558-8740. Upon receipt and processing of an “opt-out” request, Standard Process will, within a commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future unsolicited marketing communications. Your request not to receive marketing materials will not apply to information that you request to receive.

- Security, No Liability
Standard Process uses reasonable efforts to implement security measures designed to help protect against the risk of loss, misuse, and alteration of any information under Standard Process’ control. Nevertheless, please keep in mind that such security measures may not prevent all loss, misuse, or alteration of information on the Sites, and transmission of information over the Internet and on mobile platforms is not always secure, which means we cannot and do not guarantee the security or confidentiality of any information that you provide to us. Given this reality, your use of our Sites and your decision to provide personal information to us is at your own risk.
