While we are happy to consider any recipe containing flour, special preference is given for recipes which incorporate home milled flour. If you have a recipe which uses alternative flours such as quinoa flour, buckwheat flour or other non-wheat flour, we’d love to be able to share it here. We also hope to have a gluten-free recipes section, so if you have a great recipe using gluten-free flours please send it!
